Online Requests - Request Assistance

ISU students, faculty and staff may use this form to request assistance with office or personal computers, computer accounts and/or any service provided by the ISU Computer Center.

All requests for assistance will be forwarded to the ISU Computer Center Help Desk. Response time is usually within 24 business hours. Be sure to indicate current contact information and the best time for the Help Desk to contact you. If the matter is urgent, please feel free to call the Help Desk at xHELP (4357).

To request assistance in a computer lab which you have Previously reserved, complete the Lab Assistance Request form.
