Support Procedure


Sometimes clients ask the Help Desk staff to provide an outside referral for computing help. In this case, the Help Desk may produce a list of consultants who have asked to be available for referrals. It must be understood that these outside consultants are not part of the Help Desk and have only asked us to refer them for specific categories (e.g., Windows 95, Excel, hardware configurations, software configurations, etc.) The Help Desk or ISU does not guarantee their work. It is up to the client and the consultant to agree to whatever guarantees or fees are involved.
